My BBT Chart - Click Here

OK - I am very confused - I had a positive opk on the 15th cycle day (which never happens) but I haven't gotten a temperature rise yet - well, at least I didn't think so - but I was putting in fake temps for tomorrow and the next day to see what the chart will look like and If I put any temp over 96.9, the chart all of a sudden says that I ovulated on the 17th day. If that is true - then I totally missed my opportunity, since I only bd on the 16th day. I am so very confused right now.

But my chart is really weird - last month I had a very distinctive rise - I was in mid to low 96s for the first 3 weeks of the month and then mid to high 97s the second half - this month I am all discombobulated!!! I put the link in for my chart - in case anyone ever tries to read this - which I don't think they will.

If I did in fact ovulate on the 15th day then I am totally confused and pissed because I totally missed my time again!!! What the hell is going on with me????

NOPE

Well, here I am again - no BFP for Jenny this month. What the hell is going on. I ordered a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor from Ebay - because I guess the normal opk kits, saliva testing and charting isn't enough for me. I have also instructed my husband (after reading an article I received from another ttc er - Thanks Lesley) that we will need to do it about 3-4 days BEFORE I ovulate to make sure we only get fresh sperm on my ovulation day (how he puts up with me I have no idea)

I know I was supposed to wait for after the holidays - but I called my doctor today about the AF. I was hoping that he would say - "Well, let's just do a round of Clomid and see how that works" Unfortunately, if my doctor is anything, he is thorough - so I have to make an appointment for an HSG test and my husband needs to make love to dixie!

When I called, the woman was not there - maybe that was a sign that I should wait until next month - I think I just might do that. I don't know anymore.

I do know that this month has sucked for me - it seems that everyone and their mother are pregnant - I am getting so frustrated. I want my son to have brothers and sisters!!!

I have to go - I am tired and the baby needs to go to sleep. I will write back soon.

Son of a bitch

Major temperature dip today - and little spotting - which means my period will be here by tomorrow morning.

This is such crap - and then today, to make matters worse, I had to go across the street to my niece's birthday party and look at 4 - count them 4 - teenage ho-bags with dirty kids that aren't taken care of - financially, physically or emotionally. Where the hell is the justice in that???????

I am so aggravated, I can't even begin to describe it. You do all the right things and what do you get?

Well, at least I have my boy - I am so thankful for that. He is such a good boy and really more than I could ask for - Thank you God for my Boy!

still sick

I just got finished eating and now I have a headache and I am a little nauseous! What the hell is going on? I wish I would just get it already - so I can start over from cd1.

I am so tired - I have to go clean up the kitchen and get Joey ready for bed - he has an early morning tomorrow.

OK - so now I won't post until I take another test - on my honor.

Maybe it isn't just me

I just came off the Pregnancy weekly boards and two women also got sick last week and have been feeling off - but unfortunately have had BFN as well.
Mother Nature sure has a sense of humor!

I don't think so

OK - so I have taken 5 tests so far - and I am not even due for another 5 days - ok so I am out of control. But these tests are supposed to be super-sensitive! To make a long story short - 5 tests and 5 BFN!!

Oh well, I guess there is always next month - I know it is too soon to give up hope yet but my boobs don't hurt yet, and usually by now they do - I still am a little nauseous but I think that is just my nerves.

Same old stress with everything else is going on as well, so I am sure that does not make matters any better.

Crossing my fingers. I will touch base again after I take another test in two days.

Could it be?

Well, I spent my day off either laying in quiet agony or hovering over the toilet today. I must have caught a stomach bug or something. I am only 6 dpo, so the chance that this is morning sickness is probably remote. Of course, I can't help but to by a little hopeful.

With my luck, it was probably the meatloaf I cooked last night! I haven't gotten sick since around 2 this afternoon, and I ate something a little while ago but I still feel a little queasy - not too queasy for a Burger King Chicken Sandwich though! Joey said he would bring something home for me.

The first thing he said when I told him I felt nauseous was "Do you think you could be pregnant?" I told him that I think it would be too soon - so don't get my hopes up.

Still, I was talking to my son about having another baby - he informed me that he absolutely does not want a baby boy - he wants a sister - considering that we haven't had a girl in my family in 15 years - I am not sure he is going to get his wish!

It sounds sick - but now I am constantly pressing on my boobs to see if I feel any tenderness - which I always got early with the past two pregnancies - so now they hurt b/c they are bruised - not because I am pregnant.

I should be receiving my tests tomorrow, so I will take my first one on Saturday - even though I know it will be too early to get a BFP! Then I will take one Sunday and Monday - then I will probably wait two days and take the last two tests on Thursday and Friday - At which time I will only JUST be due for my AF - and therefore will probably need to go out and buy more tests until I am disappointed two days later! Aaahh such is the life of a woman who is trying to conceive.

In January I will need to go to the Doctor's to begin fertility testing :( Not happy about that one - let me tell you.

I will also need to do a follow-up pap for the ascus they found last time - again - not happy.

Hopefully I will be blessed for the Holiday. If I am pregnant, then I should be able to tell everyone by the end of January - that should be around the end of my first trimester - I definately can't tell anyone before 7 weeks - which is when I miscarried last time.

I am so scared that my son was the exception to the rule and I will have another miscarriage - I pray that it isn't the case - I will also have to worry about the incompetent cervix which I think I will ask my doctor to put a stitch in even if I do not show any signs. Just to be safe.

OK, so I will update on Saturday after my first test - Fingers and Toes crossed!

A little bit about me

ok - so here is my first real entry. I am 31 years old and on my 7th month of ttc. We had a miscarriage last September - which I found out about during an ultrasound at 7 weeks - the baby's heart just stopped beating - that was it - no cramps, no bleeding nothing - just a heart that stopped beating.
Having a miscarriage was unfathomable to me - I already had one amazingingly easy pregnancy with my first, my mother had 7 children (she also had two miscarriages - but I figured it was because of the odds - 9 pregnancies you are bound to have one.
My sister had a history of miscarriages, but I attributed that to her blood type which was Rh negative (the only child she carried to term has her blood type.)
Miscarriage did not even enter my mind - so when it happened I was knocked on my ass. I told my family and then told my husband to tell everyone not to call or discuss it with me.
I found that people wanted to speak to me to make themselves feel better - it drove me crazy. Nothing anyone said made me feel any better - so I figured "What's the point?"
I didn't speak a word of it for months. Only now am I able to refer to my previous pregnancy without crying.
My husband has taken the same route as me - basically, let's not talk about it - it doesn't change anything if you do.

Anyway, I have been tracking my temperature (albeit not religously), using the OPK and even using those new saliva tests.

I am praying that it took this time - if I am not pregnant this month it is not from lack of trying.

I already ordered my sensitive pregnancy tests from Webwomb.com, which are supposed to detect hcg levels as low as 15 as early as 10 dpo. That would get me to around Sunday - though I know, as soon as I receive the tests I will take one right away - I am a little too obsessed!

So that is my story in short. I will be sounding off from time to time here - if anyone has any similar experiences, or would just like to vent, feel free.

Trying one more time - Sorry

Ok - just getting the hang of this thing - I am just playing around right now. Let's see if I have got it right!

1st Posting

I have been on the Pregnancy Weekly website and message boards and noticed people have these blogs - I figured it would be a good way to let off steam if I needed to and only people that want to read about my problems will have to.
