Just a quick update - I had my doctor's appointment yesterday (2 week) Everything is looking good. (I lost 30 lbs already!)
I asked him about the window in my uterus and the placental abruption and he said both were caused mainly because of the crazy stretching my uterus had to go through to hold the twins. The good news is that if I should happen to get pregnant again (assuming there is only one bean in there) then it isn't likely that it would happen again.
Another one??? Are you crazy??? I know that is what you all are saying - and I know the question that I am constantly asked is "So this is it right? You aren't having any more are you???"
Here is my answer - When the twins turn a year old we will start "not being careful" but will not go through all of the extreme measures (i.e. tracking temps, ovulation sticks, scopes, fertility medication etc.) with trying to get pregnant. I am ecstatically happy right now with my three little ones and will Thank God every day at how blessed I am. If I am fortunate enough - once in my life - to "just get pregnant" then that is in God's plan - if not - I will never sit and wish for what I don't have since I already have so much.
I look at my three children and am amazed and in awe with all of them. Life is so hard sometimes - money is tight, my brother is leaving for Afganistan on Friday, work can be so stressful - but I look in their eyes and know that I am so so blessed. Thank you God for all that you have given me.
I hope everyone is doing well - I have to upload more pics of the babies soon - but I can't find my camera - my brain is a little fried!

I'm glad that everything seems to be going good for you.
I wish that I could say that I have lost 30 lbs...but I think it has been somewhere between 15 and 20.
Let us know how the babies are doing...I am looking forward to seeing more pics of them once you find the camera!
